• Added a market ticker across the top of the dashboard — the day's pre-open instruments (US, Asia, GIFT NIFTY, USD/INR) at a glance, so you get the market surface the moment the page loads.
• Added a pinned verdict bar at the very top of the dashboard, so the day's opening-bias read and the countdown to the 9:15 IST open are the first things you see.
• The briefing card now shows a track record — how often the morning call matched the direction the market actually opened, with a hit/miss dot row for recent sessions. Directional calls only, sample size stated, and no figure at all until there are enough sessions to mean something.
• The dashboard now knows the NSE holiday calendar. On an exchange holiday or a weekend it says plainly that the market is closed, names the holiday, and tells you when trading resumes — instead of presenting the last session's read as if it were today's. The countdown now skips holidays too.
• GIFT NIFTY is now a full-width hero cell in the India setup group, with USD/INR beneath it — the freshest pre-open cue reads as the anchor of that group rather than one of two equal tiles.
